How long are your contracts?

Elements4Life (E4L) does not have contracts. We have weekly direct debits & upfront options available. We bill every week/fortnight and we make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.

Is there a discount for yearly service?

Yes, we offer discounts on up-front commitments.

How do I cancel my service?

E4L provides an easy, no-questions-asked process. Please see our terms and conditions for full details in regard to cancellation fees and other charges if applicable. With better service and focus on your needs we would hope your time at our training facility is both enjoyable and beneficial. Please talk to us about specific goals, ambitions and targets so we can ensure you are supported throughout the journey. We are a team. We are a community.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost difference of your new plan.

What is meant by unlimited?

Certain E4L packages provide multiple services at different times during the weekly timetable. Unlimited gives you full access to these services at any time according to the timetable. You will have an Elements4Life professional coach helping you when you need and whenever you want.
