All orders are processed in Australian dollars and if shipped within Australia, include a Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We use Stripe and PayPal for processing credit and debit card payments, or you can pay via bank deposit on request.

Of course! It’s not always easy buying online.

Here are some common problems:

• Troubleshoot network connection issues – you may not be connected to the internet.
• Change browsers – some work better than others for online purchases.
• Clear your cache or internet history – it frees up memory space on your computer which can help it to run faster and makes your internet activities harder to track.

To make sure address details are correct, we use auto complete software.  Your address needs to be matched for your order to complete.  Check that you have entered your details correctly and in full.

The quickest way to know your shipping cost is by purchasing your products from our online shop and the shopping cart will provide the details on checkout.

The cost is based on weight, volume, destination, and regular post versus Express post.

Express post orders need to be received by our office by 12pm to be dispatched on the same day.

Regular post orders are generally received 3 to 5 days after we deliver to Australia Post.

Delivery times can be subject to stock levels, as sometimes, due to high demand, we will need to replenish stock from our suppliers. 

Most of our orders are shipped via eParcel. Australia Post provides your tracking information.

We can arrange shipping insurance for orders within and outside Australia. To arrange, please email details to getstarted@elements4life.com.au. 

For customers outside Australia, additional duties and/or import taxes may apply to your order upon arrival into your country. We suggest you investigate this first before finalising your order although most personal orders for personal use are not subject to extra duties.

We have recently upgraded our shipping options. If local pickup appears as the only option, please clear your cache and try again. You will then be able to see three options:

• Local Pickup (Canberra only)
• Express Post + Signature
• Parcel Post + Signature.
