He is always looking to improve his fitness so he can be the best he can, not only for himself however for his family.
His passion is running and his business MyGungahlin which is the leading community platform in Canberra.
He is a very active Gungahlin community member, is continually making selfless contributions and is always looking to raise funds for his preferred charities – Rainbow Kids Cancer.

1. What are your fitness goals?
My main goal is to improve my fitness so I can have a healthy balanced life to enjoy life to the fullest with my family. I am also looking to lose a little bit of weight which will come by focussing on my first goal and improve my nutrition. When I started this I set myself a goal to run 5km straight, I have now done that 3 times now! My goal is to now run 5km under 30 minutes consistently. I am also keen to start doing longer runs.
UPDATE: Has completed numerous 10km and half marathon runs including City to Surf and other events around the country. His running times have been slashed and he is always looking to improve.
2. What excites you about achieving these goals?
I am proud of what I have been able to achieve in this short time. I am also loving the feeling and improved fitness levels. In October I was awarded Gungahlin parkrunner of the month due to my results there. That was the first sporting award I have ever received!
3. What are the first 5 things on your bucket list?
To run City2Surf, to try scuba diving, climb mount Kilimanjaro, cage diving with sharks and learn to skydive solo.
4. What do you like about Elements4Life?
The community feeling in the club. The support from the coaches and other E4LAthletes.
5. Why is Elements4Life and Focus PT different compared to your previous fitness experiences?
There is support from the coaches, not just here is a programme knock yourself out. The ability to have honest discussions. It’s safe and comfortable.
6. What is your favourite fitness skill or workout?
I like the group sessions where there is lots of variety.
7. What does a healthy lifestyle mean to you?
It means investing in myself for my family.
8. What event or adventure would you like to do in the near future?
I really enjoyed the recent Pigeon House Mountain Climb we did as a group. I would be interested in those kind of challenges.
