Do we have fixed contracts and terms?
Elements4Life (E4L) does not have fixed contracts and terms other than a minimum of 2 weeks. We have weekly direct debits & upfront options available. We bill every week/fortnight and we make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost difference of your new plan.
Is there a minimum age for members?
Elements4Life Under-18 Policy
This policy applies to all Elements4Life Team Training Centres regarding gym access and equipment use for minors (under 18 years old).
Membership & Access Requirements
- Membership is permitted only with the consent and signature of the minor’s parent/legal guardian on all Membership Contracts, Payment, and Consent Forms.
- If a minor wishes to attend as a Guest, a Consent Form must be completed and signed by their parent/guardian before entry.
- A photograph of the minor must be taken and attached to their membership profile for identification purposes.
Age-Based Access Guidelines
12 – 13 Years Old
- General Access: Allowed only under direct supervision (see below).
- Cardio Equipment: Permitted under direct supervision.
- Weights/Strength Training: Permitted only if prescribed by a medical or exercise professional and under direct supervision.
- Group Fitness Classes: Not permitted.
- Supervision Requirement:
- A minor requiring direct supervision may bring their parent or guardian as a free guest on a Membership.
- All other guests must pay a Casual Visit Fee.
14 – 17 Years Old
- General Access: Permitted to access the gym and hold an individual membership, provided their parent/legal guardian has signed all required documentation.
- Cardio Equipment: Permitted.
- Weights/Strength Training: Permitted.
- Group Fitness Classes: Permitted.
All minors must adhere to Elements4Life’s gym etiquette and safety guidelines, and staff reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate access for any breaches of policy.

Can I suspend my membership?
Elements4Life Membership Suspension Policy
Great news! You can now pause your membership for a limited time each year, depending on your membership commitment:
Direct Debit Memberships: Up to 4 weeks of time-stop per year.
Upfont Commitment Memberships: Up to 4 weeks of time-stop per year.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise agreed (customised arrangements), these conditions will apply. All additional weeks above the 4 annual provision will be charged at $8 per week.
To activate a suspension, you must email to confirm your request.

Yes! We offer two flexible options for casual visits:
Casual Visit Pass – $25 (24-Hour Access)
- Enjoy unlimited access to the gym for 24 hours.
- Includes Smart Training classes during that period.
7-Day Casual Pass
- Perfect for those needing a short-term gym solution.
- Includes gym floor access and group fitness classes specific to the casual pass type.
