Brigid Baker – Invictus To Coach
Brigid Baker (Brij) has an inspiring story and we are proud to announce her inclusion onto the E4L Coaching Team.
Brij has a wealth of life experience and she will be providing great value specifically as a coach, team leader and as our new PFI data manager in support of our new SmartTeam™ training program.
Brij will also be helping E4L in other areas of development and growth.
Elements4life (E4L) is dedicated to delivering high level services and open support built on real use life experience as we feel this brings genuine understanding on what really matters to our members.

Sab, Erin, and Joe are a great team who work hard to not only a gym but a thriving community. They also don't just get you to throw weights around the place but to think constructively about your training, own it and do the work whilst shaping lifestyle changes that last for the long term.
Elements4Life is different. It is not your bog standard gym. Here you will be challenged to become reflective, encouraged to join a community and become one with your health and well-being. Love this place and the best decision I made in 2019 was to become a member of E4L.
