Winter Immune System Tonic Recipe #1:
Ingredients:
– 1 cup of water
– 2 tablespoons stragalus root
– 2 tablespoons elderberry extract
– 4 teaspoons honey
-1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
– Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
– Add Sea Moss or Fulvic Acid (Essential Minerals)
Instructions:
1. In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the stragalus root and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Strain the mixture into a cup, discarding any remaining solids.
4. Stir in the elderberry extract, honey, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon (optional) and take with Sea Moss or Fulvic Acid.

- Add turmeric and ginger to a blender. Blend on high until a smooth paste forms.
