1. What are your fitness goals? 

Gain some lean muscle and increase my upper body strength!

Isn’t that what everyone says when they first walk into a gym?  What are YOUR real reasons?

Here is what I have to say about Daniela.

When Daniela first came to Elements4Life she had a reason.  This reason was personal and it was important.  Since she has been in our community she has brought a new level of consistency, tenacity and a level of determination that can only inspire others.  She inspires me.

Daniela had never stood inside a gym before 6 months ago and now she has changed her life beyond measure in all areas of fitness.  Physically, nutritionally and emotionally.

Her secret? All she did was turn up with the right attitude.  Good days and the bad.  She now trains almost, if not, every day in some format and ensures she does her 2 x Weekly Focus PT sessions, her Thursday mobility sessions, Yoga and attends all the X-Series sessions when she can.  Daniela is living proof that it is never too late and anyone can achieve greatness.  6 MONTHS!! She has only just started too as she has more goals that she wants to explore as her life is opening up with greater opportunities and she is surrounding herself with great people.  I can’t wait to see her future progress.
Daniela has become a true leader in our E4L community.

2. What excites you about achieving these goals?

I have come a long way, I can do things that I could not even imagine doing six months ago. I am so very happy

3. What are the first 5 things on your bucket list?

    1. Bungee jumping in New Zealand
    2. Run the City to Surf
    3. River cruise in Europe
    4. Travel to South America
    5. Learn to swim

4. What do you like about Elements4Life?

Support and motivation you get from the coaches and E4L members

5. Why is Elements4Life and Focus PT different compared to your previous fitness experiences?

Well I can’t compare as this is my first gym ever and I know I chose the best one.

6. What is your favourite fitness skill or workout?

I like every session, the gym is like my second home

7. What does a healthy lifestyle mean to you?

Exercise regularly, eat well, good rest and repeat<

8. What event or adventure would you like to do in the near future? 

I would like to do a Tough Mudder in a near future!
