What happens at the end of the 30 days and after the 2 PT sessions?
You can choose to rollover to one of our weekly direct debit Smart™ Training memberships or even upgrade to FocusPT for a more individualised experience. Working with a coach brings greater results. Remember, there are no contracts or exit penalties. You are in control of your membership.
After 30 days, what if I only want to do 3 SmartTeam™ sessions per week?
This is fine, FocusPT is our premium service; however, we do have a 3-pass membership giving you access to three sessions per week and 7 day general gym access. We will, however, offer you a once off UNLIMITED Smart™ Training special offer, giving you maximum flexibility and access. The choice will be yours, and other options are available.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. You can also do AdHoc PT sessions on demand although we recommend weekly sessions for better results. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost difference of your new plan.
How long are your contracts?
Elements4Life (E4L) does not have contracts. We have weekly direct debits & upfront options available. We bill every week/fortnight and we make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time. We only ask for 2 weeks notice in most cases.
