What happens at the end of the 6 Weeks?
You can choose to rollover to one of our weekly direct debit Smart™ Training memberships at a special rate or even upgrade to FocusPT for a more individualised experience. Remember, there are no contracts or exit penalties. You are in control of your membership.
After 6 weeks, what if I only want to do 3 sessions per week?
This is fine, we have a 3-pass membership giving you access to three sessions per week and 7-day general gym access. We will, however, offer you a once-off UNLIMITED Smart™ Training special offer, giving you maximum flexibility and access. The choice will be yours, and other options are available.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost difference of your new plan.
How long are your contracts?
Elements4Life (E4L) does not have contracts. We have weekly direct debits & upfront options available. We bill every week/fortnight and we make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time. We only ask for 2 weeks notice in most cases.
