Gym Tour:

Induction:

This session is for new members only. We hold an E4L induction session for NEW MEMBERS at 9.30am EVERY Saturday, EVERY week. The best way to start your fitness journey is an intelligent one where we will run through the fundamentals of movement, training mindset and other key training principles: CLICK HERE!

The Model:

The E4L Team Training model is based around a 50-minute main workout with additional specialised activation and cool down elements.

A full and comprehensive training system from start to finish delivering the best in team training, results and coaching.

All our coaches, challenges and programs are trained and designed specifically to assess your results and progression that will facilitate your fitness success.

Our online nutrition support, comprehensive data tracking, composition scanning technologies, social events and community atmosphere will make your journey connected, sustainable and enjoyable.

The E4L Team Training sessions are designed to cater for all fitness levels including those who have been out of the game for a period of time due to life circumstances or injury.

An E4L Team Training SmartTeam™ UNLIMITED  membership gives you UNLIMITED access to training sessions led by a qualified “LEVEL CERT 4 or HIGHER” fitness coach, access to the member portals, InBody scans and all for $65 per week with no lock-in contracts (memberships may vary by location).
