THE BIG 3 WINTER CHALLENGE (9 Week Cycle)

Starting Tuesday 19th JULY 2016 (Tues/Thurs/Fri)

AIM:

Maximise accountability and management of progression utilising known techniques and cycles whilst maintaining the philosophy and values of Elements4Life.

Community spirit, support and team work orientated programming that supports clear increases in strength, confidence and enhances physical body composition and skill development.

All existing members and anyone who wants to join the E4L team and experience the difference is welcome.

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

9 week commitment with a focus of a minimum of 3 days per week. (Tuesday/Thursday/Friday) 

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

– Semi-Private Team Training running all day from 5.30am to 6.30pm (See timetable)

– A COMPREHENSIVE 9 Week Program focusing on the BIG 3 (Deadlifts / Loaded Squats / Bench Press), personal progression and performance as well as mystery workouts, supporting skills, mobility, cardiovascular enhancement and more.

– All gym toys will be used.

– E4L Nutrition, Mindset & Mobility Guidelines

– 60min Minute Initial Assessment and Consultation (New Members).

– Access to exclusive “BIG 3 TEAM” Facebook Group

– 2 x Composition Scans at start and completion of the 8 weeks.

– All participants get FULL 7 DAY SECURE GYM ACCESS

– All participants also get UNLIMITED TEAM TRAINING on all other days.

All you have to do is show up for the full 9 weeks and put in the effort.
