Elements4Life runs a series of classes that are unique to the commercial gym environment. Sebastian Ellis has designed specific programs that combine all 10 elements of fitness.

X-Element are High Intensity small group classes that specialise in Functional Training with specific varied weekly programming to provide the complete environmental challenges to stimulate the nervous system towards physical, mental and emotional change. Indoor & Outdoor environments will be utilised. These classes suit all fitness levels as your Elements4Life Coach will guide you to perform better technique and teach you a better understanding of your body and mental limits.
