With 20+ years high performance sports, athletics, general life and coaching experience, Sebastian brings a diverse and broad outlook to training and lifestyle adaptation. Whether your goal is aesthetics, fitness maintenance, athletic performance, or you just want to improve your current lifestyle and health, Sebastian is the right coach to get you to where you want to be. The best coaches are well trained mature coaches with life experience.
Erin has her own fitness success story. A mother of 4, she had her own personal battles with weight and post natal mindset. She started her journey to true fitness with a Personal Trainer and inspired many along the way. Now she is a coach helping others achieve the same results.
My coaching is influenced by my varied sporting, martial arts and exercise background, which I combine with my approach to goal achievement and program design to deliver results. I am heavily influenced by unconventional training methods, movement enhancement, combined with strength and conditioning. I am a Coach, not just a trainer. What’s the difference? Anyone can deliver training, running you through exercises and workouts to make you sweat and leave you sore the next day. A COACH delivers a strategy towards your goals and supports better movement. No matter what your goal is, the game is to make sure I support you to take steps towards this every week and that I give you the tools to achieve. Everyone is on a journey and I hope to share in yours as I continue to refine and develop my craft of coaching and delivering health and wellness through excellence in commitment to continuous improvement.

Let me introduce myself – I’m Tina and I’m a passionate, loud, happy person who believes that life is meant to be lived to the fullest. I have had my ups and downs and I have finally figured out how to live a better life. As your coach I will not just push you, I will help pull the best out of you. The service I will provide will not just be a 45 minute personal training session – I will also help you with nutrition and mindset. How do you know what you are capable of if you have never tried?
As a fitness professional my background is Les Mills Grit series which includes strength cardio and plyometric training. I love teaching small group HIIT classes as well as bootcamps – indoor and outdoor. I have tried almost every different type of training – and, depending on your goals, I will tailer the training I believe will work for you to your body and goals. I am also a photographer, so if you would like to document your journey and body transformation, I am here to do that!

I deeply believe every single one of us has the inner potential and strength to accomplish anything that our mind sets itself to. I have experienced a roller coaster ride of successes and setbacks, it’s given me a better understanding of what life is about: I know for a fact that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
Health and fitness is my passion. It is my life because it saved my life. Health for me at times has been a struggle, I have endured my fair share of hardships including surviving cancer treatments, battling depression and anxiety, overcoming an eating disorder, being a type 1 diabetic and struggling with my own weight and body image. I understand what it is like to struggle within yourself, I am here to show you that you can do it, that you are strong and you have the power to change your life.
I have a holistic approach with regard to my coaching style. My goal is to empower people particularly women, to improve their body image and perception of themselves. Including showing the importance of healthy eating and lifestyle choices paired with specific exercise. I create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way.
Larisa is our resident massage therapist with magic hands. Massage is an important support, not only for people with seated or stressful jobs but as a balance mechanism to the stresses of life itself. Massage with Larisa will leave you wrapped in a cloud and with your “reset button” switched on! Your body and mind will be grateful for the relief. Massage is an add on service to your membership and we recommend for those who train on a regular basis to receive a quality massage on a fortnightly or monthly basis.
